$60 raffle fee due at registration

Rosters will be filled with the 1st 25 players paid in full all others will be put on waiting list

Players with equipment from the 2009 season must return equipment at registration before you will be able to register

Football players must be present for weigh in at registration and bring a new photo

Registration for Midget Football players will end on August 5th if we do not have 20 players paid in full we will not have a 2010 midget team.

REGISTRATION FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Flag Football - $ 90.00 Regular Football - $ 140.00

Flag Cheerleading $ 90.00 Regular Cheerleading $ 130.00

Football Players Notes:

Players must be specified ages as of July 31 of current year to qualify for each division.

Necessary documents needed at time of registration:

Doctors physical exam dated current year,
Picture of the player (current as of 1 year, wallet sized, color, glossy picture of the child only
no siblings allowed in the picture).
Parent or guardian present at time of registration to sign forms,
Copy of report card (current grade completed-all 3 to 4 quarters),
Registration fee,
Health Insurance policy holder and policy #.
